Reception is severely understaffed, leading to frustrating wait times!!! The shower temperature inconsistencies. The food choices were repetitive, lacking creativity and variety for longer stays!!! Lack of effective cleaning in common areas shouldn't be overlooked.

It's not perfect, but It's nice
Just returned from a week away where we enjoyed generous buffet meals and beautiful pools. The family room was clean and modern. While some concerns existed, our holiday was enjoyable enough to consider returning.

Amazing views at a cost
The spacious family room offered fine ocean views each morning. The well-maintained infinity pool allowed for quiet swims, a perfect way to unwind after busy days. Our kids loved the engaging splash park nearby....

The quality of the food is very remarkable, there was a lot of variety and great quality. Brand new installations. We had the feeling of being in a very cozy and family atmosphere.
The quality of the alcoholic beverages was not good and you don't see what bottle they serve you. Small details such as there are no bigger containers than a glass to serve you the drink. Wifi payment. Just small details, generally excellent.
